Gigasport.ch

I purchase good for value of 271 CHF, the package came damaged and no good inside, the transport box that they use is of weak carton and it was evident that the sela was very poorly affixed. I opened a claim via the Swiss Post and I wanted a replacement. The Swiss post asked me to contact Gigasport and after MANY days and insistence they send me form to complete, thereafter they sent a new email disregarding the form and closing my case because „by logistic reasons“ they „cannot replace the lost goods“ and therefore they conclude that the Post should reimburse me the amount. This is a BAD customer service and it would in total have costed less pain to purchase the good a bit more prized but from a Swiss company, beware from „such cheap items“ offered by companies abroad. Instead they offered a 20% gutschein which anyways everyone gets from their web page, do you believe that after this experience would never purchase anything from you? Also I will advise to anyone I know not to do it!
